a couple days' pics

Here are some high lights from Wendy's trip up. We:

documented miss lilly's FIRST EGG(s) [she had two - one in the cage and one hidden behind the end table]

drank cheap "table" wine [mmmm]

trespassed in dangerous places [broken windows, wires and rusted metal, scaling great heights on potentially unstable scaffolding]

accidentally tanned atop a dorm [fell asleep and woke up red after enjoying a 3 person roof party]

the last picture is a wall of of the giant two-story furnace-cage thing. it was in the dangerous place where we rested out legs a little. The building is from good ol' downtown sherman and has been out of use so long it has the "what was all this mess ever used for" and "broken windows/sharp, rusted metal" looks.

playing catch-up

Above you found images from downtown Sherman. I took them several semesters ago while being an extra in a student film - I was "walking man". As a walking man, I was distracted by great things to photograph and walked off the set - abandoning my post and getting lost in the many alleys and forgotten places around town.

I would have had a blog sooner, but my dozens and dozens of beautiful snap shots were deleted when my comp crashed. Embittered, I refused the art and impulse and put my camera in a drawer. Now, bored and time-rich, the drawer opens.
